Jim is passionate about growing local businesses by embracing the Cumulus branding philosophy, utilizing the four keys which must be included in all campaigns to ensure success: reach, frequency, consistency and compelling creative -- especially creative. Jim has won over 20 local Addy Awards in Abilene and even won a Regional Addy in 2002 for creating a 60-second spot judged to be the best of any commercial produced that year among radio stations and advertising agencies in such cities as Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and New Orleans. Nationally, Jim won the prestigious Silver Medal award from the American Advertising Federation in 1981. 

Ronnie has been an active member of the Abilene media market for the past twenty years. Ronnie was part of a local advertising agency for a number of years representing clients throughout Texas and Oklahoma. For the past 14 years Ronnie has been with the Abilene cable television provider, serving as local sales manager for the past six years. Ronnie believes in client relationships built with integrity and honesty, developing ways to maximize the effectiveness of each clients advertising investment. Ronnie listens to each client to provide solutions to their needs and find the needs behind each need. The success of each client is the driving force behind each day’s activity. Ronnie is a long time resident of Abilene and has five wonderful children. Ronnie spends all his spare time being involved with the activities of his youngest son.

Mary Jo knows the value of a lifetime customer. Mary Jo earns the trust of her clients because she's keenly aware of the importance of building a true "win/win" relationship with her advertising partners. Mary Jo takes the time to really know her client's business from their perspective, not hers. Mary Jo has earned the honor of being a Cumulus Sales Representative of the Month and has won the local award over 18 times during her six years with Cumulus.

J.B. has been serving radio advertisers in the Abilene market for over fourteen years. He prides himself in working with clients to establish their businesses as the place to go for their products and services. His specialty is promotional campaigns that not only draws listener's attention to advertisers, but also delivers compelling messages that prompt listeners to choose his clients establishments whenever a triggering event occurs in their lives. Getting response is his primary goal. J.B. is active in the Abilene Chamber of Commerce and enjoys bowling, serving as a Director on both the Greater Abilene USBC Bowling Association and the Texas State USBC Bowling Association.

Terri is an Abilene native who has lived in Abilene for 31 years. Joining Cumulus in July of 2005, she has been able to secure accounts that no one else has been able to because of her close relationships with local businesses. Terri has been awarded numerous awards for Sales Representative of the Month. She loves the challenge of helping local businesses run with the big dogs. Terri thrives on being a single mom of three sons and gives them the credit for her motivation for success.
